The 20L filling machine will be shipped to Peru

In April this year, a Peruvian customer of our company came to China to visit our factory. After visiting our filling machine factory and blow molding machine factory, he placed an order on the spot, including a 450BPH 20L barrel water filling machine and a semi-automatic blowing machine.

The semi-automatic blowing machine can blow 20L and 5L bottles at the same time, which is normally not possible with such a big difference in bottle volume, but we made it possible with our special design. This machine is equipped with two preform heaters. In addition, our filling machine meets the customer's need for a wide range of bottles, as the Peruvian market has many different types of recycling drums, so it is not possible to guarantee that the dimensions are exactly the same, but our filling machine is able to adapt perfectly to all types of bottles to be filled.

After discussing the details in depth with the customer, the two machines were put into production. Completion is expected in June. After testing the machines, we will send them to Peru.
