Order for liquor bottling line from Tanzania

Recently, Sunswell received an order from a Tanzanian liquor distributor for purchase of liquor filling line in Glass and PET bottles.

The customer’s goad is to bottle liquor as vodka and whiskey in 750ml & 250ml glass bottles and 200ml PET bottles. All bottles will use the same aluminum ROPP caps. Therefore, the customer will design and make their own bottles. They will customize their own glass bottle molds and PET bottle injection molds. The will blown their own PET bottles on site, so they will need to customize the PET preforms coz the neck is very special versus standard PET neck finish.

The whole order package includes a 2000BPH bottling line and the PET bottle blow molding machine. The bottling line is mainly composed of rinser, filler, capper, labeling machine, and bottle covneyors, etc. The PET blow molder will equip auxiliary equipment as air compressors and chillers.

We believe that with the help of Sunswell, the customer will be able to successfully create their own unique bottles and bottle their unique wine.
