Order for 3 lines from Kazakhstan

“Rauan” LLP has been operating on Kazakhstan’s market for more than 18 years, the date of establishment is May 5, 1998. “Rauan” LLP has three major high-tech factories for the production of beverages and water in South Kazakhstan region. 

The cooperation between Rauan and Sunswell has been 7 years since 2017. The performance and quality of Sunswell equipment make Sunswell be one of trustable suppliers of Rauan.

In order to expand its product range, Rauan decided to enter the glass bottled water market and update some of its old production lines. In October 2024, the two parties quickly reached a supply contract for equipment for three production lines. One is 6000BPH glass bottle filling line for water with and without gas. One is 3000BPH glass bottled water production line for carbonated soft drinks. The third line is a 6000BPH PET bottle juice bottling line.

The 6000BPH glass bottle filling line includes filling machine, rotary adhesive labeling machine and conveyor, etc.

The 3000BPH glass bottling line includes rinsing/filling/capping monoblock, rotary adhesive labeller, tray shrink wrapper and conveyor, etc.

The 6000BPH PET bottle juice production line is a complete filling line from A to Z including blow molding machine, chiller, air compressor, air conveyor, filling triblock, sleeve labeling machine and film shrink packer, pallet stretch wrapper, etc.

We believe that Sunswell's equipment will continue to add value to Rauan. The cooperation between the two sides will become more unbreakable.
