5L Water Bottling Line Ready to Zimbabwe

At the end of last year, a customer from Zimbabwe placed an order for a 5L filling line with our company. The whole line includes semi-automatic bottle blowing machine, 5L linear filling machine, laser printer, self-adhesive labelling machine and film wrapping machine. The capacity of production of the whole line can reach 1,000 bottles per hour.

In response to the customer's request, our company has modified the old bottle design so that the bottle's mouth can be better adapted to the bottle's handle. In addition, we have replaced the standard Teflon chain of the film wrapping machine with a better quality stainless steel chain to make it more durable.

Four months later, after production, debugging and customer acceptance, our company expects to load the filling line and send it to that country at the beginning of April.
