Recently we just finish testing a 2000 bottles/hour 5-gallon filling line, as the good testing performance, the next we will disassemble the line and prepare for loading container works.
This filling line layout as bellow:
It is consists of de-capper, outer brusher, rinse-fill-cap 3-in-1 monoblock, light inspection, sleeve labeler and date coder.
The detail machine descriptions as below:

It is consists of de-capper, outer brusher, rinse-fill-cap 3-in-1 monoblock, light inspection, sleeve labeler and date coder.

●This machine does not damage caps, it is special for 5-gallon reuse bottle.
●Cap pulling device adopt pneumatic adjustment from AIRTAC, which solves the problems of tolerance of bottle height bottle mouth, and its capacity is adjustable.
2.Automatic Outer Brusher
●Cap pulling device adopt pneumatic adjustment from AIRTAC, which solves the problems of tolerance of bottle height bottle mouth, and its capacity is adjustable.

Function: clean the external of 5-gallon bottles with brush and water
●Rotary style to wash the bottle body.
●Material of machine frame and body: Stainless Steel 304.
●No bottles, no washing

●It is composed of frame, liquid tank, pipes, pumps, cylinder, driving machine and electrical appliance.
●It rinses bottle through multi-working procedures, fills quantificationally and caps automatically.
●All acts are controlled by computer, which achieves stable rinsing, precise filling and sealed capping.
